 ???I am looking for birth, and death dates of Catherine Dargavel. I believe she was born i Sanquhar, Dumfriesshire around 1858.  She married Wiliam Copland on 15th June, 1888. Does anyone have information of her family or the  dates mentioned? 
I would also like the birth (Kelton, Kirkcudts.) and death of William Copland.
New to this research but trying!!

There is a birth showing on IGI for a Catherine Dargavel on 3 Mach 1858 in Sanquhar. Parents are given as James Dargavel and Margaret Wilson. This is member submitted entry, however, there is a potential entry for this year on the pay to view site www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk, where you will be able to view the image of the birth cert online.

Don't know if this will help.....but I am researching Catherine Dargavel --James' sister. She was born in 1858 and married William Copland b.1854.
One of their children was named James Dargavel Copland. 
I believe that Catherine & James parents were James Dargavel and Margaret Wilson 1831.  I found this in a census which showed that Margaret Dargdoel (mis transcription) was living with the Coplands.  Try looking at the census - sorry on the top of my head I can't remember which one I saw it in.  If you can't find it let me know and I will try and track it down. My research is for the Coplands.  Hope this adds to your search
