Looking for children of Russell FOWLER in the Whitby area.  Russell was the son of Ernest FOWLER and Millicent DOWNEY.  Possible children are Hazel, Ted, George and Ethel.  Millicent DOWNEY would have been my father's half sister.  Any help greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
