The University of Cincinnati Archives and Rare Books Library holds a collection of the William J. Lawrence Notebooks on the History of the Dublin Stage which covers the period from the 17th to the early 20th Century.  A further collection of Lawrence's notebooks are now part of the University of Bristol's Theatre Collection. http://tinyurl.com/65zsof
