1841 Census Lookup - Armstrong
« on: Tuesday 15 March 05 21:13 GMT (UK) »
Hi - if anyone has the 1841 Cumberland am looking for the following:

William & Richard Armstrong (twins) baptised Jan 1831 Maryport
Elizabeth Armstrong their mother.

Elizabeth was unmarried when the twins were born so may have married pre 1841, and Richard may have died as a child!

Thanks Sue
Archer, Walker, Armstrong, King, Watson, Hoodless, Milward, Gate.

Hi Ange

thanks for looking - they are proving very elusive!  I have William married and living at Holme Abbey by 1854 but have been unable to trace him on the 1851 either although they must have been in the area.  Spending a fortune on CFHS publications for likely areas but to no avail.

Thanks again anyway

Sue
