Harris marriage and birth

Trying to locate a marriage of ROBER HARRIS and A JANE around 1812 Carlisle and the surrounding arears and a birth of WILLIAM HARRIS 1813ish and any other children of ROBERT and JANE.
ROBERT HARRIS was in the army westmoorland or 55th regiment on foot from 1811-1818 and he was born in clitheroe lancs

The IGI shows:

Robert Harris married Jane McFadden 8/1/1812 St. Mary, Carlisle

William Harris, bp.9/5/1813 St. Mary, Carlisle, son of Robert and Jane.

Plenty of other Harris baptisms at this church but no others to Robert and Jane.

Perhaps they moved on from Carlisle, having said that he was in the army till 1818 thats why there is no other children.
