Not quite the same spelling, but I have RAISON.   Have some names from Suffolk and a few in Essex.   Would this be of interest, or do you have people with the name spelt this way?

2 Henry Charles Raison m Frances - I believe this is Frances Harding (not yet confirmed) Q4 1890 Croydon, 2a, 400
