Do you have any more information about Robert? At the very least you will need to give some dates - of birth/death/marriage, even if approximate? Places he lived? Occupation? Anything else at all ...

Hi Ruskie,
Robert lived in Bathgate.
He was married 26th July 1906 he married Mary Lackie.
He was 21 rears old.
This all I know.

As you have his marriage date,  h his marriage entry which is obtainable from www.scotlandspeople,gov.uk will give both parents names and mothers maiden name.  It's ppv - min spend £6.00 will allow for 5 bmd or census downloads. 

A quick look finds the following deaths 1855 to 2006.

1917 Robert Anthony Farr in Bathgate (662/01 0040)
1956 Robert Anthony Farr in Linlithgow (668/00 0134 )

Away to look for a bith which will allow others to pitch in with census records.

Just downloaded the death entry.  Son James was informant,  Wife was as above.  Mother on death entry is Elizabeth Farr (hawker) - no father indicated.

Birthwise in Scotland there are no Robert Anthony Farr - 1855 to 1900 - only 2 Roberts Farrs are

1870 Robert Ronalds Farr in Bathgate (662/01 0117 )
