Richard,

I guess its Ballymore civil parish in the Barony of Forth you are referring to, as there is also a Ballymore in the parish of Kilbride and also in the parish of  Skreen.

Regards
John

The Ballymore I am interested in is on the border of Ballycanew Parish. The village I am interested in is Belcarrig.

According to a newsletter I received from the Irish Family History foundation late last year, they are working on Wexford church records at the moment, along with records for Laois and Offaly, and hope to make these available online later this year. The update does not mention which parishes will be available, but it might be worth keeping an eye out for any updates.

The nearest town to Belcarrig that I can locate parish details for is Ballyeden, which is less 1km to the west of Belcarrig, and in the Civil parish of Rossdroit. According to Ryans Irish Records surviving details held in local custody include Baptisms & Deaths from 1828, marriages from 1832. Some additional records seem to be held by the RCB Library as they list baptism & marriages from 1802, and burials from 1814.
