COMPLETED - FOUND Alexander Pratt and Janet Kay 1901 census?

Alexander and Janet were in Cupar, as Alex died there in 1907 and Janet in 1904. Yet, I can't find the on the census on ScotsPeople.

Can anyone explain this, please?
