Wilkinson COI birth lookup please

Could someone  look up the birth record of a John Wilkinson.  He was born in Kilcoole, Wicklow on 2 August 1846.  He listed his birthplace as Kilcoole on US citizenship papers...I believe that his parents were John and Sarah Wilkinson...but you never know!!  The  Wilkinsons belonged to the Church of Ireland.
