Roots Chat Welcome Query

Hello everyone,

My welcome back message reads:-  "you have 17 messages, 1 is new but
I cannot find the new message.

I have postings on 3 Counties sites.  but cannot find any new replies. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Hello

Can you see where it says "you have 17 messages"? - click on that and the latest one should be one you haven't read yet.  It means personal messages, not replies to your posts.
