James & Mary Ann RUSSELL - COMPLETED
« on: Thursday 18 February 10 19:53 GMT (UK) »
James RUSSELL was born ca 1797 and christened on 22/10/1797 at Hertford, Hertfordshire.   His wife Mary Ann (name unknown) was born ca 1791 (place unknown).   I am searching for a record of their marriage should it have taken place in Hertfordshire.   Their first known child, James, was born in Hammersmith in 1823.  With thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi

All of Herts pre 1837 marriages are now online.

https://www.hertsdirect.org/ufs/ufsmain?esessionid=2&formid=HALS_INDEXES

A quick search does not reveal a marriage between a James RUSSELL and a Mary Ann.  This would seem to indicate that the marriage did not take place at Hertfordshire.

Sorry
Rick :)
