Have you followed each child forward through the censuses? And used FreeBMD to look for marriages etc?

Hopefully censuses will give you an idea of where any children / grandchildren were born, otherwise you wont know what Parish records to look in.

Hi Compo, I have found the marriage of John and Harriet at Selworthy. They were wed on 16 February, 1833. Witnesses were John LONG and John STENNER. I have also checked the Luccombe Parish register and found Johns baptism on 17 November 1803. It also shows that he was born on 5 October 1803 son of John and Ann..  Not a young man for marriage was he.? He does have siblings if you want them. His parents  John and Ann  were married on 11 November 1793 at Luccombe.  Her maiden name was PUGSLEY. Witnesses were James HOOPER and Thomas TUCKER.  Let me know if you need anything else.  Regards Trevor
