My Father Richard Henry Richards, born in Nottinghamshire in 1893, moved from London in August 1952 to Cape Town South Africa, where he died in Groote Schur Hospital in April 1971, on the death certificate occupation was retired hotel caterer, I wonder if he ever worked in Africa or was he already retired? I would love to know, is there any way I could find out prehaps a register or something .
