Hi,
I haven't been able to find any more children in Corscombe, but on the DorsetOPC site there are marriages for a Joseph Saunders on the 12th August 1791 to a Sarah Churchill -they had a daughter Frances born in 1803, William is also there married to Jane Peach 13th September 1790; Richard Saunders married Elizabeth Davy 15th February 1792; Thomas Smith married Sarah Saunders 28th July 1812. No way of knowing if this is all the same family although Corscombe is a very small village.
Don't know if you have access to Ancestry, but there is someone researching the same family on there. They have birth/death dates for John and Mary Ellis + birth/death dates for all of William's children.
regards.
