Could you cast an eye on this strange child?
« on: Friday 26 February 10 17:28 GMT (UK) »
Sorry I don't know the correct way to write the reference numbers to get you to this page (perhaps soneone could tell me that too so I can reference it properly next time)

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/iexec/?htx=view&r=5538&dbid=7572&iid=NTTRG11_3379_3383-1070&fn=Sarah&ln=Murden&st=r&ssrc=&pid=17839217

On this Ancestry page, living at no 32 The Green, my Sarah Murden seems to have a child (as she is tagged a grandchild of the house) who does not bear the family name, I cant find any more references to this child, do you think the name 'Bonnello' is a christian name or a surname? Or perhaps it's not Burnello at all.
I would be so grateful for any thoughts on this,

There are quite a few variations of the surname in the area. Could Harriet be the child of another Murden family member?

Thanks for your thoughts, I think you are right and it's just a coincidence that Harriet comes after John (who is George & Sarah's child) on the census, as you say she is probably not related.

Thank you
