1814 Scottish marriage

I have a few queries on the image. 
1) The date is indexed as 29 Nov 1814, and certainly the marriage above this one has that date; but what does it actually say before David Watson?
2) What are the words between "Pollokshaws" and "for three days"?
3) Their son's birth record gives his mother's name as Taggart, not Haggard.  Am I safe to assume that the marriage record is right?

The first words are "Eodem die" meaning on the same day in Latin.

"both in Pollokshaws were booked for proclm for three dyas" meaning booked for the proclamations to be read (like the English banns) for three days.

Taggart/Haggard - case of hard hearing??
