Hi dicky

I think your best bet is to order a copy of Sidney's death certificate to see what information that gives you. You can do that online from the GRO:
http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

Having checked the GRO index it seems his death was registered in the March Qtr of 1916 as Sidney Clements, aged 48 years... (is this correct?)

There are no records on the Commonwealth War Graves site of Sidney Henry Clement(s)...

Hope this helps,

Graham

Hi Graham
Thanks for your reply,I was hoping there may have been a record of this at the records office, its the name of the ship I want to find the most and was hoping the certificate might just give it
