Dublin Militia
« on: Tuesday 02 March 10 20:56 GMT (UK) »
No luck on the Ireland board with this one, so perhaps the military experts could help:  does anyone know where the muster rolls/records of the Dublin militia are kept-if they survived 1922 of course?  I'm interested in Sgt Major William Withers of the Iniskillins who joined the Dublin Militia at the end of the 19th century.
Hopefully

The Militia musters in Kew stop around 1880, apart from those for a few London regiments, which go up to 1912.

Drat- just a year or two too early, I think.  But thank you for a quick reply-
