Decipher names of ships 1940 Naval record.

I was really impressed with the response to my last request so I thought I would have another go, but I think this one is more of a challenge. Maybe someone who knows about the history of ships. I don't expect anyone to read all the names of the ships but I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer me. In fact I don't really understand the contents of the columns to the right either. Help?

HMAS Lonsdale is certainly one of the bases mentioned - also Cerberus, which still exists, is listed a couple of times, I think.  The column on the extreme right shows the date of discharge (at Lonsdale)- not sure about the squiggles after 'Disc'  - maybe just an officer's initials. Sometimes there's a fitness rating given at that point - but I can't work out what it could be.

Hadnt seen one of these before...

Since she was a transport driver in the WRANS I wonder what she was driving?  Lorries? Vans? Coaches?  Do you know?

No nothing about the topic and maybe far-fetched  but thought that one entry on the left looks like Honfleur (Con Hosp) ??Convalescent Hospital???) Perhaps Motor Transport  driving supplies  and relief from base after Normandy landings and aftermath Autumn 1944. (above looks like SOS but who knows!)

The details seem to be of depots or bases rather than ships perhaps (Cerebrus on Flinders as already mentioned as Austalian naval training base.
No doubt very important work in any case...
