Elizabeth ADAMs and her sister Ann

I am looking forinformation on Elizabeth Adams.  She married Francis Taylor in Wembury on 10 March 1767 in Wembury.  I understand she was his second wife. Elizabeth died in 1816 age 84.
There is an Ann Adams who married Ricard Courtis also in Wembury on 18 April 1775. 
I think they were probably sisters but can't find out who there parents were or if Ann and Richard had any children. 
Elizabeth is my direct ancestor so I would like to find out more about her (and Anns?) parents.
