William Young married Cornelia Hooker at Luton St Mary 26 April 1803 per the IGI.
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true

They had 6 children all baptised at Luton St Mary commencing 1807, which seems a long gap from the marriage.  There is no marriage of William Young and Amelia Hooker on the IGI and Beds pre 1812 is pretty well complete. Your William baptised 1805 the son of William and Amelia may well have been an error by the scribe - Cornelia/Amelia may have sounded very similar.

Whilst there is a baptism of Amelia Hooker at Luton St Mary on 19 Aug 1787 there is also a burial of an Amelia Hooker at Luton on 3 Nov 1787. There are no other suitable baptisms for an Amelia and no Cornelia baptisms at all on the IGI.

David

I can confirm the following:

Luton St Mary's Parish Registers - Marriages - (printed transcripts)

1803 Apr 26 William Young = Cornelia Hooker (no other information)

I agree with David that Cornelia/Amelia were most likely one & the same. Cornelia is an unusual name so the enumerator probably put what he THOUGHT he heard especially if it was said with an accent. My Lumley's, in one census, were transcibed from the original as "Tainby" and my Leahys, well, there's been every version under the sun with them! Christian names are just the same. I even know of a Loruhamah who was down as Laura Wherna!
