I have been trying to find my mothers birth certificate to no avail she was born in 1902 in Wrexham her fathers name: Richard Mark Turner her mothers name
Harriet Davies;  They married in 1900 in South Shields england but returned to Marweil, Wales in 1901.  I believe they moved to Scotland some time in 1906.

You will get a lot of help on R.C. but give as many details as possible. Your mother's name would be a great help. Not sure if you have a typo with the area of Wrexham she moved to but it is Marchwiel.

Have you done a search on www.northwalesbmd.org.uk
Humphreys; originating in Montgomeryshire and spreading out locally, nationally and internationally.

Thank you for your answer I am quite new to this Roots Chat,  patience is very welcomed.  Yes I have tried the BMD.  I have just about tried all the sites I could find except for the Adoption theory.  I guess that is why I went to BRICKWALL.
I feel that is what I am up against, but thank you again.
