I have a Francis Cooper b 1761 in Empingham and would like to know who his parents were. I can't find it in Family search. Have found his two marriages in Pallots. One to Mary Clark in 1788 and other to Mary Browitt in 1801.

Hi Newmana

I could not find a baptism for a Francis Cooper in Empingham in 1861.  However, I did come across a marriage on 26 February 1760 for a John Cooper from Glinton, Northants labourer to a Mary Love maiden OTP by banns.

There is an Elizabeth Cooper baptised 1761 parents John & Mary so given the dates possibly not the right parents.
Elizabeth Cooper buried 26 January1763 do John & Mary Infant
Sarah Cooper buried 29 July 1764 d/o John & Mary

Burial of 1st wife Mary 29 April 1800 (W/O Francis/Mary)
His second marriage is in the Empingham records:
18 February 1801 Francis Cooper OTP married Mary Browit/Browet OTP

Also in Empingham there is a fair number of children born to a Francis and Mary Cooper (mary both 1 & 2):
James Cooper 19 February 1796
Francis Cooper 2 October 1798 - Buried 10 June 1799
Sarah Cooper 14 November 1801
Elizabeth Cooper 29 December 1804
Susannah Cooper 11 January 1807
Ann Cooper 28 May 1809

Then something that doesn't seem to fit:
Burial of Elizabeth w/o Francis 24 November 1811

I looked up the records of Oakham and Great Casterton but there was nothing there.

I also found that Burial record of Elizabeth wife of Francis 1811. Perhaps he had a third marriage, or I wondered if she could have been Mary Elizabeth although its not recorded.
