1871 Census Monkton area PETLEY or CARTHEW

Looking for Emily Petley aka Emily Petley Carthew in 1871 Census.
She was married  under the latter name to Sam Hughes in late 1880 and in 1881 Census they were living in Monkton.  She was reputedly born there and was then aged 25.  Her age at death in 1923 also suggests a birth year of 1855.

The only candidate I can find in 1861 Census was 4 years older than required and was living and born in Ash.
