Herman Becker in British Columbia 1912

Hermann Becker born 1855 in Germany had immigrated to USA.  Upon his 2nd marriage I find him heading to British Columbia.

On June 12, 1912 they are found on records for Border Crossing to Canada.  Stating the place of destination is Kamloops, British Columbia.

Herman Becker age 57
Rosa Becker age 32
Hilda Becker age  8

After this crossing I can no longer find them.  Any ideas on where to look?  I have been stuck here for many many months.  Any help would be great.

If he was looking for land he may have gone into the BC interior further North up to the Peace River country. .  Kamloops and the dry area around there is cattle country. There are also   Chilcotin and  Cariboo areas. Some settled and farmed. Some were still prospecting for for precious metals long after the Cariboo Gold rush.   I hope you find him.

There are 2 Herman Becker deaths at BC Archives. One is 75 in 1957 & the other is 29 so neither would be yours but perhaps a son or grandson.
