Help please.

I'm trying to find the Higgs family in 1881.
In 1871 they are in Cwmavon Row, Llanover Upper.
RG10/5312/59/p21

I hope someone can track them down.

In 1881 Aaron 'as been dropping 'is 'aitches eg Aaron Iggs, b1839, Gloucester. Otherwise, try
RG11  5237  58  29.
