UNWANTED Certificates

I have a number of certificates I have ordered in recent years, which unfortunately were not the ones I needed
It seems a terrible waste if they sit in my file and someone else could use them, particularly at the cost of each one.
Is there anyway I can list the ones I have and hope that someone may see the one they want and I can then send it to them.
Any thoughts?
