Does anyone have access to the Parish Registers for the Machynlleth area please?

I am seeking the details of the father of Alice Frooms who married in the Machynlleth Registration District in September quarter of 1899.

According to Genuki, this comes under the county of Montgomeryshire.

Does anyone know which Record Office would hold these records?
