I'm descended from Edith Elizabeth sparham from Bury St Edmunds area..(great grandmother) There is a connection with Glemsford but the family originally came from Norton just outside BSE...  Edith's cousin William sparham was killed in ww1 and is on the Glemsford memorial. Its a while since I've looked at family history but I'm sure Edith's farther was John and he had a brother Walter
