Death Certificate

Any thoughts on what is written here?  It is the death certificate if Williamina Bertram in 1900.

The image you posted was pretty bad. Is that really how it looks? I think I saw the following:

-that she was single
-she died of cardiac disease
-the informant may have been Mary Bertram
-her parents may have been James Bertram and Amy Pessius (sp?), deceased
-maybe she lived in New Brighton

Is any of that correct?
