Thomas Pedlar marriage help - Cardiff

hi,
My great grandfather Thomas Pedlar/Pedler (1864-1952) married a Mary (1858-1909) around 1885 in Cardiff. I am trying to find out when exactly this happened, what Marys surname was and if they had children. I have found them on the 1891 census together living in Roath, cardiff. 10 years earlier he was single living in barnstaple, which is where they were both born, him in Bishops Tawton and her in Swimbridge.

If you look at 1881 census you will find her there in Cardiff
RG11 5276/87/78
There doesnt appear to be any children on any census including 1911

thats great thanks. found thomas with an 1883 marriage but couldnt find his spouse. whats the best way of doing this in future? I am on ancestry and in certain cases thee is no "find spouse" button.
