Thank you all.

I never stopped to think about the "Roots" part being a off topic here in NZ, I guess that maybe the main problem.

Looks as if I may have to grit my teeth and phone the lovely Thai speaking people and sort out the mess.  If all else fails I will have to look at the link Newbe sent.

We did change service providers a couple of years back, and you get what you pay for.  So we went back to Xtra,

Things run smoothly apart from this Yahoo spam folder, sending Rootschat in with the enlargement pills ;D

Yes one happy camper  :D  Went into the help desk, got totally confused, but something must of sunk in, pushed some buttons, and hey presto, emails from rootschat.
