I have been trying to place David Davies born 1814 in Llanychan into the following family but there are no census records that show him living with his parents at the same time as any sisters.

David was Baptised in Llanychan Church and his parents name were Thomas and Jane.  They lived in Tyn y Coed cottage in Rhos.

In the 1851 census, a Publican called Thomas (born in Llanbedr about 1784) lived in Arddynwent with his wife Jane (born in Llandynwy in about 1785) and 2 daughters born in Llanychan, Harriet born about 1827 and Sarah born about 1821.

In the 1861 Census Thomas, Jane, Harriet and her family were living in Rainbow Public House, Arddynwent (Mold).

I can't confirm that these two families were the same as I said so going off on a slightly different angle now, I'm looking at when Thomas and Jane were married. Hiraeth has told me on my other thread here 'looking at their ages they likely married c1806 possibly at Llandyrnog'.

I'd appreciate any help tracing their marriage if possible and if anyone can help with ideas on confirming the family's move from Rhos to Mold, it would be the icing on the cake!
