It is a LMA record, death record from East Horsley 1819

The LMA dataset on Ancestry is taken from the deposited Anglican registers from the boroughs that make up London & Middlesex.

However, along the way and in the passing of time, registers from parishes 'not in a Borough' have been acquired, there are some from Surrey, for example the one you mention.
