Margaret Roxburgh - d 1936 at Kilmacolm*COMPLETE - THANKS*

Margaret Slora Roxburgh died at Kilmacolm on 30 July 1936, aged 25.  Her usual residence was in Dean Street, Edinburgh.  I can't make out where she died.  I think that it reads 'colony for xxxxx'; anyone help?

Hi Stuart,

I have found reference of a "Colony of Mercy for Epileptics" in Bridge of Weir. It looks like that's what the last word could be. I assume the death certificate gives a cause of death; does it fit with where she died?

Thanks.  'Epileptics' looks good to me!  Margaret died of pneumonia; she was single and a domestic servant.  Her death was registered by her next door neighbour from Edinburgh; he was described as an 'intimate friend'; intriguing!
