William T Jones born Cwmtwich completed

I an trying to find information on William T Jones born 1882 at Cwmtwich, Glamorganshireshire. On the 1911 census he is married to Margaret and living with children Mary Jane and Arthur at Margaret's parents home John and Anna James at Banwen Place, Lower Brynamman, Pontardawe, Glamorganshire. His occupation is Furnace-man.
I have so far been unable to find him on the 1891 and 1901 Census.
Any help would be very much appreciated as I am having so much trouble with this family.

The only William I can see with Cwmtwrch as his place of birth in 1901 is this one. The occupations have been written over making them hard to decipher.

1891 the family are at 53 park St, Caegurwen RG12/4468 folio 120 pg 14
Place of birth for all the children is Ystalyfera, so may out them out of the running. Marriage cert is definitely the way to go.

If (and it's a big if) this is the correct Jones family, your best bet for a birth cert for one of the children would look to be
David Richard Jones sept qtr 1888 Pontardawe vol 11a pg 727
Richard as middle name is confirmed by the 1891 census. Too many Williams registered to begin to guess which one might be him and no William Ts unless his age in 1911 isn't accurate.

Thanks Osprey that is fabulous. That must be my William Jones in the 1901 census as I have just found that  Margaret James and family were living a few doors away on Page 10 at Banwen Place.

I wouldn't judge correctness on proximity in a census, there's many a William Jones in the area. You need to buy the marriage cert to be sure.
