I am looking for the date when Marion Isobel Ash (born 10.1.1907 Kettering Northamphire UK  died 19.6.1985 Creston British Columbia) moved to British Columbia and if possible from where - it may not have been from the UK.

If so - what was her married name and did she marry in the UK or elsewhere as any passenger list would be under her married name

This is what I know.
From the "Weald of Kent...."database, IGI and family tree names

Edward Robert John Heasman (B 10.1.1904 E Grinstead Sussex) married Marion Isobel Ash (b10.1.1907 Kettering Northampshire) on 27 May 1931 Sussex.

I presume it was Angmering as this was where their daughter(Christine Mary Heasman) was born and died in 1936.

What I do not know, is what happened then, as Marion died i19.6.1985 (IGI) in Creston British Columbia and Edward 15.9.1957 (IGI) in Auckland New Zealand.

There are 2 possible outcomes - they separated in England, or they both went to New Zealand and Marion then went on to British Columbia after Edwards death.

The free index shows a Marion & Edward Heasman left Southampton for Halifax Canada in 1948

If you search on Heasman leaving Southampton for Canada Halifax in 1948 - it looks like they may have had a number of children travelling with them
