SHARP/E family - Help required Again Please!!

Oh Geoff, you are a card.. LOL... there seems to be more William Sharp/e's married in Blankney than one could wish for.. No I did not know about William and a Sarah Ward . Sheesh!!! where does one start from here?
I agree it would have been quite an achievement to have had all those babies in that span..

I've been searching FreeReg Parish records, Family Sear IGI as well as UK Census.. This is what I have come up with

1, William Sharp aged 77 born Dorrington C 1774 was married to a Sarah born C.1779 @ Tathwell looking at the Map. Thisthis  appears to be in the Louth areas ans seems a little to far away from Blankney & Sth Kyme Areas - Source 1851 Census. ErrorSPAM REPORT THIS POST AS SPAM (Use 'Report to Moderator'). 2.Source: 1841 Census. William Sharp Born c.1776 married an Elizabeth age approx 65 at Aslackby.. they had 5 children living with them in 1841 and all with traditional "Sharp/e" Christian Names.This is a good possibility seems not far from Pinchbeck and Spalding.

Comments:  Yes Tathwell is a fair few miles from Blankney - but that's the birthplace given in 1851 and is the only thing we have to work on ... perhaps that's because she was http://tinyurl.com/3ynuk5z

Re the marriage: who says he was born c1781?

1851 shows that there was a William SHARP born c1773/4 Dorrington living with a woman called Sarah (who is claimed to be his wife) born c1778/9 Tathwell.  The IGI shows that there was a William SHARP bap 1773 in Dorrington, also a Sarah JOHNSON bap 1778 Tathwell.

In 1815 - in the village that this couple lived in 1851 - there was a marriage between a William SHARP and a Sarah JOHNSON.  I find it extremely difficult to believe that they were not the two people mentioned in my previous paragraph.

I think I have them in 1841 in Blankney but the ages are wrong - but there was William FLETCHER Joiner/Carpenter next door in each case.

I must also add that this is not reliable as this record from the IGI was submitted after 1991 by a member of the LDS Church- No other information is available Ancestral File may list the same family and the submitter ( end quote")

You can see that it does state William Sharp Birth about 1781.. England..
