From the details you've previously posted (quoted above) John McCutcheon married Helen/Ellen Ross (c1806-1898) in Scotland in 1834. Children:
1. John McCutcheon (born c1836) m. Eliza Wedekin/Wilkinton and had: Christopher W. (1883), Alexander, Kate Louisa and Sarah.
2. Sarah (born c1841/4).
3. Alexander.
To search for church records in Ireland you need to know where the family lived (parish if not actual townland) and then check to see what records for that area survive. Unfortunately "Co. Antrim" covers too large an area and too many Presbyterian congregations to start searching.
If the information I've extracted from your posts is correct it might be possible to get more information on the family. So, some questions to see where to start looking- don't worry if you don't know all the answers yet.
1) where and when were John McCutcheon and Eliza married? what is given as John's occupation? his father's occupation?
2) where and when were John's children born?
3) have you found any of the family in 1901 and 1911 census records yet?
