Greatly enjoyed s4c (Channel 4 Wales)'s hour long programme the other evening on Gareth Howells, trainer, ex-boxer and most recently author. Llongyfarchiadau, Gareth! The programme will be shown again at 22.00 tomorrow, 17th, or you can catch it on s4c's website, with English or Welsh subtitles, for 34 days.
