« on: Friday 18 June 10 22:48 BST (UK) »
Will be there (with camera) on Monday if anyone wants owt.
(That's owt as in "anything", not "let's get out of here" :D)
Various, including
Tuck family
Barrett  Batho  Batha  & variations....
Clark(e)
And wife's SNOXALL family.

Currently looking mostly for info on John Barrett, b about 1865.
He states (in the 1911 census) his birthplace is "Moelfre, Denbigh".
Married Sarah nee Clarke, six surviving children including my grandmother Elizabeth Mary "Bessie" (b about 1900).

Shucks, looks like I've got my timing wrong!

Have just got some transcription info on Osborne (and Gregory) via Australia (Merriott Family Genealogy site). Now I'm very much after finding Amelia Scott (nee Osborne) - died about 1969, and husband Charles - died about 1944, who are almost certainly buried at Trealaw too. Will buy the GFHS CD I think.

If you are going to go that way another time .....

Hi John,  Amelia Scott died in 1964 aged 85, Charles Vickery Scott died 1944 aged 69 and they are buried along with Stanley Scott who died in 1963 aged 60 in Trealaw cemetery  in grave no. B1299.

Is this the correct family?

Best Wishes Bethan

Thanks very much Bethan. That is indeed the right family.

The GFHS CD of Trealaw burials has arrived and I spent the weekend identifying about 80 individuals on it (I thought I'd get to 100 but more than expected must have moved away). Is this what you used or do you have a better source? It's a great resource but there are some obvious errors in the transcription, and they seem to have truncated the plot numbers to 6 digits - probably enough if they left out the spaces but as they don't its not ideal.

Cheers

John
