Parish records COLLINS lookup please

Hello, Can sombody do a parish records search for me please

I am looking to find the birth/christening of William Collins, born around 1810/1811 in the West Dean

Also his marriage to a Dadimiah (often transribed incorrectly!!) in 1849 in Chichester, due to the marriage's close proximity to the start of official records, I was thinking it may be on the parish registers

The marriage is quite clearly shown in 1849 on freebmd.org.uk so getting that certificate should help but it seems odd that they have children aged from 19 downwards on the 1851 census.  HO107 1655 14 20
Could she be his second wife or did they marry very late?  William's birth place is Westdean in 1851.

PS In 1841 his wife is Maria so it must be a second marriage.   It looks as if only the baby Alfred age 5 months in 1851 is a child of Dadimiah.  She is born in Suffolk.

William Collins baptised 14 May 1811, West Dean, son of Richard & Ann Collins.

I think the lady with exotic name was his second wife, since in 1851 there are children who are 19, 18, 16, 11, 8 and 5 as well as a 5 month old baby.  The mother of those children seems to have been Maria.

Thankyou so much, I have never really studied the 1851 census so didn't make the connection!  - thankyou for pointing that out

Also it is great to know the names of William's parents
