Looking for information regarding my great grandfather Stratton Hubbard

i have no details regarding birth of death i know i was about 2 when he died so that's approx. 1974

he married Leonora my great grandmother born 1894 died 1989 but i have no surname

Not far enough yet to find Stratton Hubbard's death which was in Portsmouth registration district in 1974. He was born sometime in the September quarter of 1888 according to the birth registration on FreeBMD, but according to his death registration it was 4th April 1887.
