When was he born ? Where was he born ?

Thank you. I am just reading that one but I am fairly sure the person being sought is still liiving.
Although Jaynekb was on line at the time, we've had no response here. 
Also an anc.try tree with Ward family - ged-com called after the gentleman listed.  :(
