Marriage & Birth

Any info would be gratefully accepted on a very, very, very long shot.
I'm looking for the marriage of John O'Gara/Gara and Maria Higgins about 1859/60, and a birth date for Patsey (his name on 1871 census)or Patrick (Patrick on other census and his death cert) O'Gara/Gara/Garra.

The only definite info that I have is that on the English census Maria gave her birthplace as Sligo. For John and Patsey it just said Ireland.

They moved to England between Patsey's birth in Ireland and his sister Catherine's birth in 1864 in Selby, Yorkshire, England. John and Maria had 4 more children John, Martin, Mary and Ellen all born in Selby.

The use of the different surnames is confusing, because on their son John's (my Gr Grandad) birth cert it is written as Garrey. On his Baptism it was Garra. On his Marriage cert it was O'Gara and his father John's was also written as O'Gara.   Martin also gave his father's name as O'Gara.

If I could just find out where they came from I would be happy.
