Help needed to find Joseph Wright and brothers on census
« on: Saturday 17 July 10 11:03 BST (UK) »
Hi
I'm trying to find where Joseph Wright and brothers went after the 1881 census,
when he was in Edgebaston, Warwicks with his parents.
His age was shown as 7 and birthplace Birmingham.
His birth cert shows he was born June 1873, Erdington, and registration district was Aston
.
His parents died before the next census  so he may be with some other relative.
Older sisters were born in Chester and in Manchester and a couple
of his sisters were in Manchester in 1891

His younger brothers on the 1881 census were John W. Wright age 3
and Arthur M Wright age 1. So they would be a bit too young to be
taking care of themselves in 1891.
Can anyone spot where Joseph, John W. and Arthur M were in 1891 census please?

Thank you Pam.That does look as though it could be Arthur.

I'm amazed that he had an occupation so young.
I expected him to be described as scholar like most children were.

It's going to be difficult to find the other brothers Joseph and John
if they are all in separate places.

There was family in North Wales too, so that's another place they could be.
Though they could be anywhere!
