any clue as to whereabouts in Glamorgan? There's more than one on the 1901 census. Do you have his marriage cert for details of his father?

David WALTERS b Abt 1857 Gilfach Goch  Coal Miner (Hewer)
Ciclia                 b Abt 1861 Gilfach Goch

1901 Census living Gilfach, Llantrisant. I am unable to read the street name!

That might have been them. I think that they where most likely from Gilfach. Thank you!

There's another Evan Walters aged 7 in Gilfach Goch as well as others +/- a year in Glam. He may have been born after april 1893 so that he would show as 7 on the 1901 census. Evan's marriage and death were registered at Bridgend, so nothing to link him with the possible entries on the 1901.

You need the marriage cert to be sure.
