I'm trying to find out if Lily McKnight b.1913 Dudley married George H Perkins if so I
think they had a daughter Dorothy J b.1932 can anyone confirm this?

Just want to confirm her parents.

Dorothy's birth reg is shown on freebmd - mothers maiden name was McKnight

Also on freebmd - if you search under surname McKnight with a spouse surname Perkins - there is a marriage in Dudley in 1930
