Eliza Mary O'Meara

I am trying to find the birth place of my Great Grandmother, Eliza mary O'Meara. Most census say she was born abt 1854 in Chatham, Kent but I can not find any records to substanciate this .
She married George Fulcher in Agra India, on the 12th August 1869 by licence, she was 15 he was 28 and a Seargent in the 77th Middlesex Regiment. Her fathers name on the Certificate was Thomas O'meara but does not state his occupation, I think he to was a Soldier.
She also had a brother Thomas Francis O'Meara born 1858 in Dublin and then went to Australia in the early 1900s.

Free BMD 1853 4th quarter Medway district

I know ti doesn't answer your query but it may be relevant.
